Ahhhh... Another versatile piece that can be worn as either a dress or a skirt. This piece has nice pleated draping. Any age can wear this in either style. Great for summer with flip flops or heels, it can be dressed up or down. Elastic waist line, raw edges. Only available in black. I have all sizes.
