This dress is layerd. The upper part is in poly jersey, the skirt part is doubled underneath, is baby blue poly jersey, over top of the skirt is lace that has a nice stretch to it. Looks great with contrasting belts of any size. Can be worn for maternity or plus size. Great for an evening out, nice classic look. Don't be shy...
